In der ersten Ausgabe von Z-Gun (dem Fachmagazin für “Neo Wave + Paleo Wave” :D) schreibt Ryan Wells in einer kurzen Besprechung des Harmonia Albums Deluxe:

“Think of this as sort of a substitute religious music for folks who have other priorities on Sundays at 10am.”

So wie ich hier in meinem Ohrenbackensessel sitze, dieses Album höre, meinen Frühstückstee schlürfe und durchs Fenster den Schäfchenwolken hinterher winke, ist das einer der treffendsten Sätze, die man überhaupt zu dieser Musik formulieren kann.

Auch ansonsten ist Z-Gun ein lesenswertes Blatt, besonders wenn man Spaß daran hat sich Musik vorzustellen, die man vermutlich niemals zu hören bekommt, weil sie 1980 von Aussteigern im kalifornischen Hinterland aufgenommen wurde.
